How do you assign weightage to your projects or different phases in the same project or different activities in the same phase?
If you are doing only on the basis of cost or time, you are missing out on many other vital aspects as shown in the picture. This Venn diagram helps us in prioritizing our day to day tasks from simple to large projects. What’s critical is not always large, important, urgent or complex and the same goes for other aspects too.
